Petesch Law was founded with a simple goal in mind
-
to provide clients with the quality, innovative legal services they need while never sacrificing the efficiency, flexibility, and responsiveness they deserve. After practicing at a large North Carolina firm for a number of years, Mr. Petesch offers clients representation that combines big firm experience and professionalism with small firm focus and attention.
The firm represents clients across North Carolina in a variety of matters, including land use and zoning, civil litigation, contracts, tax-exempt organizations, corporate formation, and corporate governance. Regardless of the issue, the approach is the same: understanding the client's goals and values, analyzing the facts and law, clearly communicating options to the client, and pursuing the desired outcome zealously.
Driven by Client Goals
"I know the price of success: dedication, hard work, and an unremitting devotion to the things you want to see happen."
